
As the local markets are now starting to bring in all the marvelous asparagus, spring lettuce, radishes, etc., I want to remind you of the list of fruits and vegetables where it is recommended you opt for the organic version: apples, cherries, grapes, imported (Chile), nectarines, peaches, pears, raspberries, strawberries, bell peppers, celery, potatoes, and spinach. Other organic foods worth considering are milk, beef, and poultry.
